Responsibilities:

• Maintain a stable IT environment for the entire business
• Manage local IT partners to deliver IT services on schedule, in budget, 100% compliance with SLA
• Lead and execute IT projects with aglobal IT team, full commitment making operationally established condition
• Work as a business partner with client department leaders and users to analyze business processes and arrive at mutual, cost-effective solutions, then drive to deliver the agreed solution

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience in IT, with a minimum of one year specifically in IT Project Management.
• Willingness to travel regionally as required.
• Prior working experience in global organizations or projects..
• Proven experience in IT Service Management.
• Bilingual Communication: Business-level fluency in both English and Thai.
• Full SDLC experience preferred, with the ability to lead system development and integration projects.
• Ability to resolve complex problems through process improvements and system enhancements to meet business goals.
