Responsibilities:
- Lead and/or contribute to all SFA-related projects developed
- Develop and maintain validation rules, custom workflows, and processes
- Coordinates with internal IT technical support to resolve problems if necessary.
- Develop and maintain meaningful and accurate management reporting and analysis.
- Sales reports and analyses to be provided to executive management, senior management, and sales team on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis in a timely and accurate manner.
- Utilize syndicated and customer-specific data for the purpose of sales presentations and market development activities.
- Work directly with senior management and executive teams to produce ad-hoc reports and respond to requests in a deadline-driven environment.
- Work closely with the business to review operational processes and identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation
- To work with sales GT and PCB to ensure that sales performance, fundamental excellence, and operational goals are met.
- Respond to end-user inquiries and requests for assistance with the sales system. Identifies problems, troubleshoots, and provides advice to assist users.
- To support the sales team, focusing on business analysis, sales tools (SFA), and other sales program/application management and development.
- Track and analyze sales campaigns. Utilize various tools, resources, and systems to identify and analyze trends in these areas and identify opportunities to maximize sales productivity.
- Work with Sales management team to develop strategies and execution of channel programs to include profitable sales & distribution growth, product/placement/pricing/promotions, Off-Shelf displays, data reporting, and budget vs actual tracking.
- Regularly perform database de-duping and cleanup procedures
- Design, coordinate with the MIS team to develop and configuration to customized solutions
- Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity
- Define, communicate, and manage a change management (release) process to develop and implement new applications and updates to existing applications
- Responsible for identifying and utilizing a variety of reporting sources to provide analytical sales reports to include pipelines, win/losses, dashboards, close ratios, key performance indicators reports, sales trending, promotion tracking and reporting, year-end analysis, and other reports to maximize sales efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technologies, Business Administration, or similar.
- At least 3 years of experience with Sales Force Automation development and sales administration.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Ability to work with multiple streams of data to provide meaningful sales analysis.
- Analytical skills to review sales data to identify trends to maximize sales production.
- Understanding of sales processes and reporting, and analysis. Experience working within a sales department in an analytical role is a plus.
- Advanced understanding of Excel. (macros, pivot tables, filters, data sorts, v-lookups, and advanced formulas. Crystal and Pivot Reporting experience is a plus.)
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills.
- Advanced understanding of tools, methodologies, and software related to sales reporting and analysis.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to work well with multiple departments such as marketing, sales, finance, support, etc.
- Understanding of database administration (import/export utilities and feeds) with knowledge of sales force automation systems.
- Ability to communicate and work directly with the executive management team to respond timely and accurately to ad hoc requests and needs.
- Demonstrated project management skills with strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple responsibilities and projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
- Good writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions; participates in meetings. Writes clearly and informatively; Presents numerical data effectively; Able to read and interpret written information.
