Responsibilities:
- Financial Management
- Internal Leadership & Contribution
- Product Portfolio & NPD Management
- Cross-Functional & Agency Collaboration
- Strategic Brand Development & Campaign Execution
- Manage total A&P budgets, ensuring effective allocation and ROI.
- Monitor and drive brand P&L performance to meet or exceed targets.
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and marketing initiatives
- Oversee the brand’s product and channel mix to optimize sales and profitability.
- Lead the development of product annual brand plans aligned with company objectives.
- Provide thought leadership and contribute to broader strategic initiatives at the company level.
- Play a key role in core topline meetings such as Demand Forecasting, Topline, and LIM meeting.
- Develop and manage Product Inno/renovation pipeline based on market opportunities and brand strategy.
- Work closely with IRO, SIA, R&I, supply chain, and commercial teams to bring innovations to market effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Trade Marketing, R&D, and Finance to align on business goals.
- Lead and coordinate with external partners such as creative, digital, and media agencies to ensure high-impact execution.
- Plan and execute Brand campaigns, including brand ICP, while ensure all marketing activities are consistent with brand positioning and tone.
- Lead product performance analysis, market trends, utilize consumer insight/trend, behavior, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Building and developing a high-performing brand team-strengthening team capabilities, promoting collaborative culture, fostering a positive, supportive work environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in brand management, brand communication development, and activation in a global FMCG company.
- Experience in budget/ A&P /P&L management.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically while managing execution details effectively.
- Proven success in managing brands, launching new products, and delivering business results.
