Responsibilities:

  • HACCP: Act as a member of the Food Safety Core team, HACCP team and PRP/GMP prevention team
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Drive continuous improvement within the QFS scope, regularly reviewing QFS performance and implementing robust action plans using tools like PNC, RCA, and CAPA.
    • Lead the digitalization efforts of the plant QFS team
  • Quality Assurance Management:
    • Ensure the quality assurance and control of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods to ensure compliance with regulations and specifications.
    • Manage non-conformity issues related to Quality and Food safety of in-process inspections and finished goods
    • Manage quality notifications (QN) in connection with suppliers, including packaging quality validation, developing line standards, and improvement with suppliers based on QN.
    • Accountable for FP release by collecting all inputs necessary for FP release and manage FP release according to predefined requirements.
  • Change Management: Ensure all changes are managed with proper risk analysis, validation, and verification.
  • Customer & Consumer Complaints: Handle customer and consumer complaints, ensuring proper analysis, resolution and improvement measures are in place.
  • Surveillance & verification: Plan and manage the finished goods surveillance plan, finished goods monitoring and RIM including investigating out-of-specification or deviations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree of Science, Food science, Food Technology or related fields
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Food industry in part of Quality Management field
  • Having knowledge in GMP/ HACCP/ FSSC 22000 Food Safety system
  • Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Quality and Food Safety Management system
  • Good command in English
  • Leadership & communication skills
  • Analytical and troubleshooting skills with good decision-making
  • Microsoft and computer skills including a systematic approach to recording and reporting data
