Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all tax-related activities, overseeing timely and accurate filings.
• Lead the monthly financial statement closing process, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Report on work status, identify issues, and propose solutions to management as needed.
• Establish and maintain standard product costing to support financial analysis and decision-making.
• Lead and manage the accounting team at the Rayong plant, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Supervise and control both internal and external inventory, ensuring accurate records and efficient management.
• Take charge of managing and controlling the company’s fixed assets, ensuring proper documentation and valuation.
• Perform other assigned tasks as required, supporting the broader financial and operational goals of the company.
• Oversee the accounts payable and payment processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all financial obligations.
• Supervise and manage the accounts receivable and cash collection processes to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
• Manage and oversee the company's Board of Investment (B.O.I.) processes, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of tax law and regulations.
• In-depth understanding of the Thai Revenue Code and Accounting Standards.
• Exceptional communication skills in both spoken and written English, with native proficiency in Thai.
• Expertise in inventory control, fixed asset management, depreciation, and Board of Investment (BOI) compliance.
• Over 10 years of experience in Accounting & Finance at a supervisory level, including at least 3 years in management.
• Proficient in computer skills and relevant financial software.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with strong problem-solving skills.
• Lead work style reforms to enhance productivity, quality, and transparency.
• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Integrate F&A operational functions (Operational Excellence - OPEX and Site Supporter - SS) across the head office and factories into a unified division, establishing and structuring appropriate departments.
