Report to
Chief Marketing Officer
Responsibilities:
- Oversee pricing strategies to align with brand positioning and business objectives.
- Standardize international marketing practices, ensuring effective global marketing operations.
- Analyze marketing performance to identify category strengths, weaknesses, and strategic opportunities.
- Develop tactical marketing plans and execution frameworks that ensure synergy and alignment across functions.
- Coordinate with Trade Marketing and International teams to align brand messaging with promotional campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with marketing standards, corporate policies, and legal regulations across domestic marketing operations.
- Stay ahead of marketing trends and provide recommendations to strengthen brand awareness in both short- and long-term horizons.
- Manage digital marketing activities, including content creation, SEO/SEM, brand promotions, and basic creative design to drive digital engagement.
- Lead marketing strategy and execution across product categories, including category management, brand strategy, product portfolio, brand communication, and digital marketing to drive revenue, profit, and market share.
Qualifications:
- At least 8 years in a senior leadership role.
- This position is open to Thai nationals only.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in strategic marketing within the FMCG industry, especially in new product development and consumer brand communication.
- Open-minded, adaptable, energetic, and growth-oriented.
- Strong strategic thinker with a proactive, self-driven, and independent mindset.
