Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the finance and accounting teams
• Oversee budgeting, expense monitoring, and reporting to the Executive Committee
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and corporate policies.
• Provide financial leadership in decision-making and participate as an executive team member
• Responsible for financial policies, compensation functions, cash flow stability, and Procurement efficiency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting / Finance / MBA
• At least 15 years of experience in Accounting & Finance Management
• Have a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Thailand.
• Fluent in English communication.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
