Responsibilities:

  • Support the Business Sales units for company Thailand ensuring to ensure sales operations.
  • Develop eCommerce objectives, strategy, plan and prioritization tactics. Lead distributor's eCommerce key account team on implementing the 4P's strategies including promotional activations of Baby Milk Categories interacting with Brands teams, Digital Marketing team.
  • Monitor eCommerce main KPIs and provide insights to support and accelerate eBusiness. Analyze and deliver insights on competitive environment, risk and opportunities and key business trends to relevant parties.
  • Establish relationship with buyer of selected accounts in order to ensure implementation of the activity calendar across different categories. Ensure visibility and activation together with main customers.
  • Support eBusiness on managing sales operations ensuring stock availability of NN Products at distributors warehouse and across different eRetailers.
  • Work cross functionally with Marketing and digital marketing teams in order to ensure best in class implementation of eCommerce initiatives. Ensure all eCommerce initiatives are tracked, measured, and reported on.
  • Develop and implement marketing activities for E-commerce platform partners (CPAS, on platform media, samplings, search, special offers, bundle, co-campaign with other brands etc) for E-commerce purposes.
  • Ensure e-commerce initiatives fully integrated with digital marketing, CRM or even BTL activities.
  • Familiar with performance digital marketing

​Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing E-Commerce and media performance.
  • Can-do attitude with flexibility to change to adapt to real-time situations and challenges.
  • Have entrepreneurship mindset, result oriented and good negotiation skills.
  • Strong in analytical skill and is able to manage complexity and ability to work under pressure.
  • University Degree level (preferably accounting or economics background).
  • Minimum 4 - 5 years of work experience on eCommerce sales position.
  • Domain of Office Package, especially excel.
  • Strong analytical skills.
