Responsibilities:

• Daily communication with Merchandising department and Inventory Control department to understand delivery schedule preference based on sales situation and business plan
• Daily communication with Forwarder and Fast Retailing Logistics team (Shanghai/Tokyo) in
• English for the delivery on-time (check shipping schedule, shipping document preparation status, customers clearance and inland logistics arrangements etc.)
• Daily communication with Distribution Center (warehouse) about receipt of merchandise and delivery to store
• Leading weekly/ monthly meeting with Forwarder and Fast Retailing Logistics team
• Asking for judgments to appropriate PIC when any issue happen related to inbound / delivery by collecting necessary information and presenting possible solutions
• Solving delivery delay by cooperating with the Forwarder and Fast Retailing Logistics team
• Issuing necessary documents for special operation at Distribution Center
• Processing and correcting stock status at each location (Store, Distribution Center)

​Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management and/or Logistics Management or other related fields
• Age over 30 years old, only Thai nationality
• Working experience at least 5 years in dealing with suppliers outside Thailand (Background in retail, EC business would be advantage)
• Working experience as a project manager who leads more than three parties for one goal
• Knowledge of Thai Customs regulations, importing & exporting documents
• Knowledge of cost structure of apparel goods and pricing of logistics service fee would be an advantage
• Good command of computer literacy, especially Microsoft Excel, Power Point
• Language Skill Very good command of English and Thai, Business Level
