Responsibilities:
- Research the corporate membership markets, identify key prospects and customer segments to promote the entire range of company services and explore needs of these segments for potential new products/ services
- Develop relationships with new and existing customers at multiple levels to enable company to capitalize on opportunities and manager business risk.
- Develop a Key Account Management Plan for existing business.
New Sales Achievement:
- Develop new customer prospecting plan which focuses closing new sales with an aim to exceed budgeted targets.
- Proactively sell to identified key targets and develop viable pipeline of new businesses with confidence rating >80%
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related fields
- About 8 years of sales & marketing experience and proven sales track record of more than 5 years
- Proven experience in B2B consultative selling in a service in a service-related industry for 6 + years. If experience from industry of Logistic & Supply Chain, IT, Insurance & Health Care, is an advantage.
- Understanding of Human Resource strategies in the assigned market segments.
- Fluent in English and Thai Communication.
- Skilled negotiator with good influencing skills. Good oral and written presentation skills are a must.
- Assist in project management of new & account extension business to ensure customer requirements are exceeded.
- Relationship-building skills.
- Good strategic thinker with strong planning and organization skills who has the experience to develop solutions by adopting a consultative sale approach.
- Result-focused, sales personality (hunter).
- Good interpersonal & communication skills who can negotiate effective outcomes.
