Responsibilities:
- Taking over responsibility within global Purchasing Governance organization mainly for SAP S/4HANA Deployment.
- Responsible as regional process specialist (RPS) to support SAP S/4HANA deployment in different project phases (e.g. fit to standard analysis, integration tests, process validation, data cleansing, data migration, go-live, Hypercare).
- Support Deployment findings (localization topics) and support the implementation of the necessary changes for the new SAP S/4HANA template and ensure Change Management during deployment.
- Coordination of the purchasing team members within respective Plant Implementation Team(s) regarding data management processes, tools and communication, training management processes, testing management processes, tools, test case creation, etc.
- Conduct integration test activities.
- Training of Local Teams: train local project teams on the new ERP system.
- In charge of regional testing management processes to support local/site(s) testing strategy based on regional team(s) testing plans, test scope and test completion reports according to the specific project milestone plant.
- Manage optimization requests from the plants in alignment with global Template team.
- Monitor and support of Business requirements for all sites within region and provide required support to all plants within respective region (e.g. support for local key users, purchasing specific projects and requests).
- Act as 2nd level support for Japan local users in purchasing.
- Coordination of periodic I-tests referring to the modules.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Very good SAP expertise in the area of purchasing and related areas; ideally expertise with SAP S/4HANA.
- Involved in SAP (ERP) implementations, preferably in template rollouts.
- Project Management Skills.
- Deep knowledge of purchasing process required.
- Team player by influencing peers and other colleagues.
- Readiness to travel.
- Effective communication and training skills.
- Fluent English
- Good Japanese language skills (N2) is Preferred
