Responsibilities:

• Manage overall maintenance function since the beginning process.
• Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation until task completely done.
• Carry out inspections of company’s facilities to identify and resolve issues.
• Preventive and corrective maintenance in time limited from any request. And implementing preventing & maintenance schedules.
• Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.
• Select proper facility company, allocate and supervise them to keep operational condition.
• Create the budget, monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance by working cross-functional.
• Initiate special project to minimize company cost with benefit.
• Weekly report to the team and management.
• Monitor equipment inventory and place order when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineer or any related fields.
• Having minimum 5 years’ experience as Maintenance manager in retail business is a plus or any related fields.
• Able to work on site 5 days a week including out-of-office work based on company request.
• Good command of English (Speaking, Listening and Writing)
• Strong service minded with good negotiation and communication skills.
• Computer skill (Microsoft office, AutoCAD)
• Able to resolve problems with flexibility after operational hours.
