Responsibilities:

  • Reinforce essential Field Force competencies: - Assist Lead- Lead-Capability Development & Training in establishing Field force competencies for each Market Business Unit (MBU) which includes therapy knowledge and in-clinic skills for nutrition advisors.

  • Track baseline assessment across Market Business Unit (MBU):- Track baseline assessment for each MBU on therapy knowledge and in-clinic skills for each Market Business Unit (MBU) and thereafter track progress on a quarterly basis in coordination with L&D SPOCs of each MBU.

  • Drive LMS usage (DREAM)- Liaison with each MBU L&D SPOCs on a regular basis in driving LMS usage for building FF capabilities. Ensure, each Market Business Unit (MBU) conducts knowledge and skill assessment through the LMS platform as per timelines for their respective FF, Co-ordinate with ISEA HIMM team to share relevant tailor-made scientific knowledge contents to each Market Business Unit (MBU) and assessment thereafter to build FF scientific knowledge.

  • Assist ISEA Capability & training lead in implementing Global FF training projects like TBP 2.0, MCE, KAM etc in all CBU markets and track effectiveness on a monthly/quarterly basis.

  • Assist ISEA Capability & training lead in creating relevant reports and dashboards as a part of the larger HCEE team.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the Healthcare Nutrition Field as Nutritional Advisor/Area Nutrition Manager.

  • Has a flair for Learning & Development and desiring to make a long term career in the L&D space.

  • Fluency in English communication + Local language.

  • MS Office (Excel + Power-point).

  • Knowledge about dashboards and MIS reports.

  • Mobility (Role requires travelling with the CBU)
