Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation of high-quality HR product, process and services.
• Lead the development of HR service level agreements with the business.
• Responsible for initiating and implementing employee related programmes eg. Employee Engagement/Belonging; as well as ensuring continual improvement via HR effectiveness projects (payroll, HR modernization) etc.
• Provide thought-leadership and best practice HR expertise to the entire organization.

Qualifications:

• Over 10 years in HR functions
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any fields
• Demonstrates strong negotiations, influencing and expectations management skills
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, communication and presentation skills
