Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor HN activation performance & make sure implementation is on track as planed and also monitor to improve effectiveness of each project.
- Develop brand strategy from brand performance analysis, HCPs research & insight, mom journey in medical channel, communication and activities tracking, market analysis, competitor movement analysis.
- Develop brand communication and activation in medical channel to strengthen brand credibility and drive HCP commitment ladder.
- Closely monitor business performance. Analyze key issues, opportunities, implication and provide recommendation to strength brand performance & capture business opportunities to achieve brand objectives.
- Contribute in monthly meeting such as HN Monthly meeting, Demand Forecast, NPD, HN & TMKT Meeting, HNA Cycle meeting, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master 's in Medical, Nutritional Education, Food Science or related fields.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years in a medical marketing management role in medical marketing / consumer marketing in FMCG or Pharmacy/OTC environment.
- Strategic thinking, strong communication and influencing skills, presentation skill.
- Act speedily and efficiently to find solutions and able to prioritize multitasks and deal with time constraints and stress.
- Strong customer/consumer orientation - passion for infant and toddler nutrition and a passion for innovation.
