Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise Chief Engineer, COO and CFO
• Collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving organizational vision of commercial strategy, operational strategy, and performance achievement.
• Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organization-wide goal setting (KPIs), performance management, KPIs monitoring, and annual operating planning.
• Oversee company operations and employee productivity, build a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are achieved.

Qualifications:

• Male/Female age over 40 years.
• Preferable Master’s degree in business management or related field.
• International business experience is an advantage.
• Having background experiences in construction or engineering.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving Skills.
• Decision making is crucial skills.
• Fluent in English business writting, speaking and listening.
