Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies and recommendations for testing and monitoring analytical model performance in the business context
• Convey intensively with other platforms/competencies to comprehend new trends/ methodologies being implemented/considered within the company ecosystem and bring new ideas forward that will enhance the analytic capabilities of the organization
• End-to-end delivery of multiple small to large projects individually, or as part of a project team, within timelines and budget
• Collaborate with the in-country stakeholders to understand the business problem and desired business outcome
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching to data analytic associate(s); ensure that the data analytic team is properly staffed, motivated, and performed effectively

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 plus years of analytical experience in applying statistical solutions to business problems.
• Bachelor of Science (or equivalent) in Data Science, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, IT, MBA, or an equivalent scientific/commercial discipline. Post Graduate degree (Master or Ph.D.) is preferable
• Experience or proven knowledge of business processes and industry/market trends within the pharmaceutical/healthcare space is preferable
• Ability to extract data from various database tables using tools such as SQL to develop features to be used in analysis including the ability to perform feature engineering
• Motivational and ethical stakeholder management and communication skills, along with the ability to convey appropriately and confidently with colleagues from different backgrounds and seniority levels.
