Responsibilities:

• Project management includes the drafting and appraisal of information memorandum, business plans, financial models, and valuation approaches.
• Develop and drive policies and controls to provide effective stewardship of the company's cash across multiple entities regionally
• Origination and execution of corporate finance engagements including Business valuation, M&A, Fundraising, Intangible asset valuation, Financial model review, Business strategy, and Market entry study.
• Collaborate closely with management and Accounting to develop and implement cash forecasting models and reporting for cash management and cash needs, ensuring the business is fully informed of key treasury metrics.
• Evaluate possible risks within cash management, payment processing, banking systems, funding processes, and foreign exchange fluctuations; develop and implement the overall strategy to mitigate risks and optimize opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in finance or treasury area.
• A bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree in finance, economics, or business administration
• Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Project finance is preferable.
