Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business leaders and HRBPs to ensure a high-performing organization by embedding values and culture.
- Responsible for initiating and implementing employee-related programmes eg. Employee Engagement/Belonging; as well as ensuring continual improvement via HR effectiveness projects (payroll, HR modernization) etc.
- Provide thought-leadership and best practice HR expertise to the entire organization.
- Oversee the implementation of high-quality HR products, processes and services.
- Interface with Senior Group HR colleagues regarding core services as well as Groupwide initiatives including reward, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Employee Wellness and Diversity and Inclusion.
Qualifications:
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, communication and presentation skills.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders and broad strategic/generational agenda.
- Over 10 years in HR functions.
- Demonstrates strong negotiations, influencing and expectations management skills.
