Responsibilities:

• Supervise all vendors in carrying out their responsibilities according to the agreed scope of work and deliverables.
• Report Residence Operational Status during Juristic Committee meetings including the performance of all outsourced vendors.
• Ensure open communication amongst colleagues to ensure smooth operations and enable an inclusive environment for staff.
• Strong customer service orientation and skills with sound problem resolution abilities.
• Supervise all on-site staff and ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are adhered to.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in condominium management/facility management.
• Computer literate.
• Minimum education of a bachelor’s degree.
• Possesses professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have good English communication skills both written and spoken.
