Responsibilities:

• Leading and supporting disciplinary and grievance casework, ensuring legislation, policy and best practice are followed.
• Being responsible for providing support full spectrum of HR, which includes Recruitment, people development, Performance Appraisal, and Employee Counseling, ensuring compliance with all associated regulations and dealing with related officials, Administrations and general purchasing tasks.
• Actively work with hiring managers and Top Management on the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process.
• Conduct Talent Development, and Succession Planning as Group requirement
• Improve employee engagement with initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Master’s degree in HR/Personnel Management, or any related field.
• Good command of English communication with computer skills.
• Minimum 15 years experience in overall HRM & HRD.
• Direct experience to initiate Sales incentives and implementation.
• People management skills, proactive, good interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude.
