Responsibilities:

  • Own customer segmentation and personalization, list health, deliverability, reporting on core e-mail and SMS KPIs, and collaborate with vendors to troubleshoot and enhance performance.
  • Collaborate with the Site Ops and Marketing team to build out new landing pages, product collections, and personalized experiences to support the post-click experience of our campaigns.
  • Own CRM channel revenue and engagement goals across diverse customer segments.
  • Manage the creation and execution of multi-channel CRM campaigns and drive continuous improvements to individual channel strategies, dynamic content, and customer journey.
  • Track, report and improve upon actual performance metrics of individual campaigns and strategic KPIs for retention, engagement, and customer lifetime value. Be accountable for the final performance of the campaigns themselves.

Qualifications:

  • Critical thinking and data literacy. The ability to transform data into valuable, relevant, compelling, and visually intuitive insights.
  • Previous experience working with ESP and SMS software such as Adobe, MailChimp, Klayvio, and Attentive.
  • 4+yrs marketing experience with a focus on email and content-based marketing, lifecycle marketing, and acquisition marketing.
  • Positive attitude, high level of passion and curiosity, and willingness to roll up your sleeves and build from the ground up.
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy.
