Report to
ISEA Head of HR – D2D

Responsibilities:

  • To provide advice and guidance to managers on all employee-related matters, manpower planning, standards and policies and the like, HR budgeting and monitoring, performance management, people development, on-boarding program, to ensure that it has the resources and capability necessary to deliver the required level to managers within the business unit.
  • To be responsible for the provision of a range of human resources management services, such as staffing, compensation & benefit scheme, welfare, and human resource information system, HR policy; manage the day-today operations of the human resource department, ensuring that it has the resources and capability necessary to deliver the required level of service to managers within the business unit; provide advice and guidance to managers on all employee-related matters.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate with experience as HRBP from FMCG/Others Industries.
  • People management skills, proactive, good interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
  • Good command of English and good digital/computer skills.
  • Able to relocate to work in Muang Mai Bangplee Industrial Estate, Samutprakarn.
