Responsibilities:

• Act as quality contact in support of COO to address product quality concerns by working across the operations organization to successfully resolve issues and assure quality concerns are addressed.
• Responsible for driving, documenting and communicating assigned quality
  performance metrics.
• Create and maintain monthly dashboarding of quality and floor-ready metrics for corporate transparency and monthly manufacturing meeting.
• Fulfil process compliance and audit requirements, and works with a sense of urgency to resolve compliance issues when reported.
• Complete quality assurance operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, and monitoring appropriate follow-up on work results.

Qualifications: 

• 10-15 years relevant experience in garment print/sew manufacturing and
  distribution.
• Intimately familiar with industry-standard quality processes/procedures and compliance regulations.
• Ability to communicate across multiple cultural and experience levels, internal and external.
• Strong computer skills in Excel, Word and necessary systems needed
• Bachelor of Engineering degree or equivalent in a related field
