Group Channel Development Manager

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop clear execution and activation guidance to ensure alignment of Customer specific Plans within the overall Channel strategy and plan ie. GT Tailored made promotion.
  • Manage and execute aligned Category and Channel monthly activities with given monthly channel priorities. For GT, include category budget planning and update.
  • Support the development of NPD Trade Launch materials as an input to category development and selling a story to reflect customer language, esp GT channel.
  • Accountable and responsible for conducting GT promotion and channel program evaluation to facilitate category plan in a channel to the category development team.
  • Lead a discussion with GT channel manager and Regional Manager to understand LE/M+3 and full-year outlook number vs target as well as risk/opportunity/gap closing activities. Be representative of the GT team in SPR with the category development team.

Qualifications:

  • 0-5 years experience in Trade Marketing/ Category Development and/or Marketing with Sales experience.
  • Demonstrable record of success in a customer (not limited to Key Accounts) facing role. Understands customers and the selling process.
