Responsibilities: 

• Design business scenarios and use cases for the IT product mix, product introduction, specification and the change management required to maximize its value.
• Perform (or work with IT partners to) analyse, design, and build the IT solutions/platforms supporting process automation/digitalization and operational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Ensures business requirements are met, and service quality is maintained when introducing new IT products. Considers the cost-effectiveness of proposed solutions.
• Partner with business functions, regional, and global teams to build and deliver value contributions through IT products and services. Contribute to the IT product management journey through the market/business insights and market/functional Joint Technology Roadmap (JTR)
• Investigate/Resolve the technical problems and identify the root cause of problems and recommends preventive actions

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor or master’s degree in computer engineering, Information Systems or related discipline.
• Experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment using design thinking methodology.
• Good understanding of system engineering, information risk and security guidelines, and architecture standards.
• Good understanding of IT services and how a mix of solutions and services can accelerate product delivery lifecycles.
• Experience in website or mobile or software development.
