Responsibilities:

• Embed a culture and way of working across the commercials through using and developing analysis tools to ensure we are effectively and efficiently managing performance.
• Lead monthly performance review with CMO/Brand Manager to drive great performance of each Brand/Category through recommendations/options.
• Act as a partner to the business, provide direction to the team to drive great performance by producing high-quality plans and outlooks, analyzing the business against those plans, identifying risks/opportunities and working with Brand/Category/CMO to improve performance.
• To work closely with the Revenue Management team to drive Revenue Management Analytics and build capabilities in the company.
• Own S&OE results – primary sell-in, secondary sell-in, and stock in trade and driver performance for the best benefits of the Company.
• To lead development of Pre/Post evaluation capability development for the Marketing, Commercial and Commercial Finance team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting or any related field.
• Experience in analysing the effectiveness of trade and marketing spend, as well as channel and brand P&L performance analysis.
• Relevant work experience in Finance, preferably FMCG exposure. 3-5 years in a Finance manager position with people management exposure.
• Experience in budget/forecast process and variance analysis.
• Business partnering mindset to work effectively with cross functions.
• Exceptional ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and focus on priorities.
