Head of Trade Marketing

Responsibilies:

  • Responsible for developing category & channel vision and strategy - including Category Growth Agenda Category Investment Strategy to profitably maximize market share.
  • Defining strategies and plans that deliver category/ sub category growth based on consumer, shopper and customer requirements.
  • Monitoring promotional trends, initiatives and competitor actions by category/ sub category, priority channels and strategic customers. Identify and recommend promotional opportunities.
  • Collaborating with specialist marketing manager in developing an optimum pricing strategy that fulfills shopper and trade/customer expectations.
  • Accountable and responsible for preparing and implementing new product trade launch plan and conducting pre and post evaluation.

Qualifications:

  • Full understanding on sales dynamics; visibility, merchandising, pricing etc.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in trade marketing especially MT channel, channel development and sales/ key account.
  • Able to understand key business functions.
