Responsibilities:

• Work with Department Head to plan and implement sales strategies to meet the sales target
• Develop and perform sales tour, script, and presentation
• Perform ad hoc projects and duties as assigned by Department Head
• Provide accurate information through all channels of communication to the clients with service mind
• Keep track of overall sales records, analyze, prepare related reports

Qualifications:

• At least 5 to 7 years of experience in selling luxury properties
• Able to travel and work overtime and on weekends when needed
• Excellent speaking and writing skills both Thai and English (Chinese is an advantage)
• Self-motivated, flexible and capable to work well under pressure, target and tight deadlines
