Responsibilities:

• Analyze the monthly performance of brand/category and channel vs target and provide important insights that will drive the success of the brand/category and channel
• Own and responsible for the financial forecast of Sales Volume and Net Sales, Rebate and Commission (R&C), Advertising and Marketing Costs (A&M). Supported commercial working team, provided financial justification and optimization analysis
• Build the business cases and lead financial analysis for product innovations projects, new customer acquisitions, and commercial-related initiatives to ensure financial viability and facilitate the review and approval process
• Support Revenue Management Team to drive net revenue management initiatives scenario and analysis
• Support in implementation of business application, automation, and simplification process to drive efficiency and productivity

Qualifications:

• Relevant work experience in Finance, preferably FMCG exposure. 3-5 years in a Finance Manager position with people management exposure
• BBA and master’s degree in finance or Accounting from a reputable university
• Experience in budget/ forecast process and variance analysis
• Experience in commercial finance role; brand/category and channel P&L performance analysis, as well as analysis effectiveness of trade and marketing spend
• Good written and spoken English
