Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of Medical Marketing and work with medical channel team to ensure effective medical marketing programs.
  • Spearhead the medical marketing functional strategy and plans, based on thorough analysis of market, environment, competitive, HCP insight and new clinical research finding as well as the desired business objectives of the company.
  • Lead HCP research projects from the initial brief to analysis, methodology and recommendation to deliver business growth.
  • Develop strategic medical plans for different medical audiences and medical channel to drive the overall strategic brand plan and delivering against the predefined KPI’s established by and with the organization.
  • Drive relevant unique & differentiated communication strategies and messages to & thru HCP that deliver brand and category growth.

Qualification:

  • University degree or post graduate qualification in Business or Marketing.
  • 8-10 years, with at least 5 years in a marketing management role in medical marketing / Pharma / OTC environment.
  • Entrepreneurial and creative, identifies business opportunities, undertakes actions and takes calculated risks to exploit these opportunities and to achieve a business advantage.
  • Good balance of marketing skills with understanding of medical environment and how to effectively use the medical marketing mix to optimize share of voice with HCP world.
  • Outstanding strategic and operational skills, state-of-the-art knowledge of medical channel marketing or pharmaceutical marketing. Possesses the financial skills and general business understanding to make balanced, well-pondered decisions and set the right priorities for the medical marketing function.
