Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement Wealth Channel plans and strategy to increase the market and profiatability of the business
• Dealing with other department/Account ownership(s) to resolve sales process/procedure//customers complains,etc
• Develop and deliver effective management and sales training programs to ensure that the sales force potential is maximized
• Build strong relationships with management teams at bank partner to ensure a strong and productive relationship between the bank and company

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any fields
• Direct experience in Bancassurance channel management at least 10 years
• Strong Leadership skill and strategic thinking
• Proactive and result driven
