Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, direct and run day-to-day operations to ensure production output, product quality, and on-time delivery to customers
• Manage operations budget to ensure minimal production cost and optimal product quality.
• Review operations performance and trigger corrective actions and improvement
• Create, establish and maintain an environment that encourages teamwork, empowerment, and commitment.
• Develop and maintain an effective organization through effective selection, training, leadership, and management.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Pharmacy in Manufacturing Technology/Industrial Pharmacy or Engineering management branch or elated field.
• 15+ years of experience in manufacturing pharmaceuticals, pharmaceuticals, or cosmetics.
• 5+ years of experience in a Plant Manager position or equivalent or have at least 8 years of experience as a Production Manager.
• Knowledge of PIC/s GMP and quality requirements related to pharmaceuticals including ICH, ASEAN Guideline.
• Knowledge of quality management system (ISO 9001), Occupational health and safety management systems (ISO 45001) and environmental management systems (ISO 14001).
• Good knowledge and skills in information technology and Digital Literacy.
• Good communication Skills, Leadership Skills and Strategic Thinking Skills.
• Good command of English Language.
