Responsibilities:

  • Identify new sources of data to drive innovation throughout the organization and define processes for the effective integration of new data sources.
  • Manage consumer database and also enhance the data intelligence tools to be supportive in work process for generating strategic, and analytic reporting to help answer business inquiries and drive brand’s success
  • Develop and execute CRM Marketing initiatives to optimize customer loyalty, acquisition, retention, personalization, and promotional strategies and capturing crucial information along the sales funnel on CRM channels to maximise customer / member engagement, satisfaction, tenure, drive traffic and revenues
  • Planning, managing and delivering multi-channel, digital CRM marketing campaigns.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in CRM or Data Management
  • Master's degree in Business Management, Statistics, Marketing or related fields
  • Strong analytical skills, be able to understand issue, analyze for root case and identify solution
  • Experience with application tools literacy i.e. SAS, SQL, Oracle, MS Access
