Job Scope:
- Contribute to category marketing plan development by providing input, customer & category analysis and promotional strategy
- Co-ordinate with Marketing, Sales, CS, Planner, Factory and other functions for activity / new product launch / promotion alignment
- Develop channel strategies, promotion/pricing strategy, distribution strategy, merchandising and planogram guidelines for Modern trader or general trade and specialist channels, work closely with sales/channel managers and provide recommendations on actions that strengthen product position in the category, and improve distribution of products
- Lead category management process with key customers in general trade and specialist channels, including scorecard setting, data analysis and activity proposal, as well as business review presentation.
- Analyses data and information related to customers/channels/competitors and update market situations to related parties
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree’s degree in business administration, marketing or related fields
- At least 3-5 years of working experience , preferably in Category Management, Trade Marketing, Sales or Marketing in FMCG business
- Fluent communication in both Thai and English
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategy and planning issues
- Strong analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation
- Able to travel within Thailand regularly
