Job Description
- Develop and execute an innovation roadmap and strategy that meets the long-term needs of the organization and creates quantifiable value for customers

Implement a product development protocol with clear guidelines, from ideation and conception through to commercialization

Build a scalable approach to research and the creation of insights, and provide visibility into the opportunities and implications for customers (i.e. market landscape, competitors, brands, channels)

Develop and manage the annual operating plan and associated budget for innovation initiatives, in line with the long-term strategy and investment plan

History of working jointly and successfully with sales & marketing functions to showcase compelling product, design, and innovation capabilities to current and potential customers

Possess confidence with maturity; able to bring opinions but also open to listening to ideasand suggestions

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in industrial/fashion design, science, or similar subject

Strong working knowledge of professional design programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, CLO, VStitcher, etc

Native/fluent level of English language ability

First-class interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
