Job Descriptions

  • Define, implement and meet departmental goals in accordance with strategic, Country and ASEAN and operational plan + P&L responsibility
  • Effective management : performance management, salary recommendations, objective setting and development
  • Control departmental resources and budget, drive the annual regional marketing budget planning
  • Develop the Thailand, (Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar) Marketing strategy, short and midterm planning (1 – 3 years), as well as ASEAN OR Strategy.
  • Aligned with global Marketing strategies, define the Thailand, (Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar) Marketing strategy
  • Collect and consolidate market & competitive data, identify relevant market trends
  • Aligned with global segmentation, define and analyze regional market segmentation
  • Translate the Strategies into the sub-regional operational marketing plan and drive local implementation.
  • Agree upon strategic deals and strategy to win and support the local country organization wherever required.

Qualifications

  • At least 5-7 years in Marketing or Sales in a B2B company in Medical business market
  • Strong customer orientation in combination with a prove trackrecord in Sales management
  • Experience in developing Sales plans & tactics and ability to understand market trend and analyze customer needs
  • Have a good understanding of pricing structures, discount and profit margins
  • Able to well communicate in English and Thai effectively both verbally and writing well enough to articulate company and marketing information to customer and employees.
