Job Scope:

• Plan and control to develop a production system to reduce wastage in the production line. Improve organizational management to be more efficient. through the reduction of non-value-added work processes Ready to increase the ability to adapt to support continuous development
• Offer a lean system plan to the plant manager. and coordinate with the central government to develop and share knowledge and abilities
• Training and transfer of knowledge about the work system Supervise employees under supervision to understand the work system
• Develop labor potential through training to increase skills Increase the value of employees, such as building skills, working in groups and raise awareness of quality over quantity, etc.
• Support the sewing department in the production line
