Job Scope:
• Provide analytical and financial accounting support to the business
• Business partner with CEO and senior management team
• Lead the forecasting and annual budgeting process in line with company requirements
• Provide recommendations and strategic support to business leaders
• Develop and enhance management reporting information and KPI’s
• Develop training for senior and middle management to help raise levels of business
• Interpret accounting standards for commercial applications
• Review internal processes and procedures and provide recommendations to management to build on finance efficiencies
• Provide leadership and guidance to the team
• Provide thoughtful insights into the reporting for use and action by the management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree or Master (Preferable) in Accounting and Finance
• Proven successful records with a minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in Senior Financial role
• Proven commercial track record
• CPD, CPA, or MBA Financial Degree
• Expertise in the coordination of design, implementation and monitoring of computerized accounting and administrative systems
• Effective team player and communicator, hands on team manager.
• Experience in implementing and maintaining financial business risk controls
• Experience with M&A, strategic planning.
• Ability to devise financial policy approaches and strategy
• Extroverted, pragmatic and result-oriented personality
• Problem solver, creative, and high attention to details
