Responsibilities:
- Lead the product marketing and marketing departments.
- Study company products and translate technical details into benefits for the user.
- Establish relationships with distributors and leaders in order to learn more about their behaviors, attain complete know-how of customer needs, and manage customer expectations.
- Collaborate with other related departments and perform activities, such as, product pricing, product, marketing strategy as well as sales messaging development and analysis, product positioning to target consumers, competitive analysis, advertising, product differentiation among others, packaging development, supporting sales tools, department planning and budgeting, etc.
- Craft compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns).
- Ensure our products and messages are compliant with the FDA regulations.
- Work with various teams (design, content, acquisition, product, sales) to implement strategies.
- Test marketing product features, releases and ad copy.
- Evaluate products using relevant KPIs, or most appropriate evaluation system, and feedback from team members and customers.
- Incorporate sales enablement activities, such as, creation of sales tools, communication, training, etc.
- Lead the team in raising brand as well as product awareness in the market and developing product launch or relaunch plans, oversee launches, and ensure the successful and integrated product launches and relaunches.
- Ensure that products constantly grow in the market and that the products are constantly moving from awareness to adoption in new market segments after the launches (post-launch obligations).
- Review inventory levels and ensure product availability.
- Prepare high-level reports.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of and experience in working with the local FDA regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
- Superb time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced and at times stressful environment
- Ability to work independently and be extremely self-motivated
- Ability to establish professional relationship with leaders and distributors
- Outgoing and positive personality
- Ability to demonstrate excellent judgment and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and confidently
- Ability and background in Microsoft applications and digital/online communication tools
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business plus 4 years of related professional experiences; or,
- Master’s degree in Business or related plus 2 years of related professional experience
- Direct MLM industry experiences as an advantage
