Job Description:

  • Manage salary planning according to pay-for-performance and market competitiveness policy to motivate and retain key talents and high performers
  • Review and implement competitive compensation & benefits scheme to ensure cost effectiveness and align with market practice
  • Provide the remuneration package proposal for New hire, Promotion and Transfer to ensure fairness within the company and competitiveness among industries
  • Conduct and analyze market survey to develop reward strategies
  • Review and update HR policy to align with change on regulation and market practice
  • Supervise working team on their area responsibilities : payroll process, compensation and benefits administration
  • Implement strategy to maximize employee motivation and performance.


  • Master Degree in Management, Finance or HR
  • Minimum 5 year experiences in Human Resources Management, particularly in payroll, compensation and benefits, Market survey and Salary survey.
  • Experienced in HR Consultant is required; Compensation and benefits are preferable.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge on payroll process and accounting process
  • Proficient in MS office, especially Microsoft Excel
  • In-depth understanding of the regulation requirement : Labor, Income Tax and market practice
  • Strong analytical skill and excellent numerical sense
  • Fluent in English for communication
