Job Scope:
•    Assist to supervise Senior Supply Chain Specialist and Supply Chain Specialist to conduct the routine tasks to be efficiency
•    Support operation’s information to Senior Supply Chain Manager for Vision care demand planning and S&OP meeting with commercial team
•    Review forecast and shipment weekly basis for Contract Lens and monthly basis for Lens care
•    Place manual order to Source /APAC distributor in case necessary
•    Cooperate with Source/APAC distributor to ship Vision care product on time
•    Manage freight forwarders and Customs broker to perform oversea transportation and Customs clearing to be effectively and on time delivery
•    Manage re-packer to perform re-dressing activity in good quality and on time delivery
•    Daily Reconcile stock between B+L and 4PL (IBAL report)
•    Coordinate with Customer service team in order to ensure all customers order is completed and delivery on time to the customer and warehouse

Qualifications:
•    5-6 years’ experience in supply chain / logistics management or warehousing
•    Experience with Pharmaceutical MNC is an advantage
•    Experienced working with and extensively manage 3rd parties in supply chain i.e. logistics provider, freight forwarder, warehouse, and others.
•    BA. in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field
•    Good command of English and Computer skill
•    Planning and analytical skills
•    Able to work independently, highly responsible, and methodical (detail oriented and extreme accuracy
