Job Scope:
Process Improvement

  • Conduct optimization studies and perform detailed, data-driven engineering analysis of existing facilities,systems & process equipment to maximize efficiency and reduce waste & minimize costs and production issues
  • Designing the process flow layout of facilities and determining personnel requirements for ergonomics and streamline of operations utilizing LEAN/Six Sigma principles
  • Coordinate resources to work on projects in alignment with key technical stakeholders (i.e. Quality, SC/WH, ENG,MN, PD, outsource)
  • Develop, participate, and lead training sessions in Lean, kaizen, and problem-solving methods
  • Manages and tracks the progress of projects to support company’s short and long-range business objectives

Site CAPEX management (30 k€ = 1.2M THB)

  • Developing and implementing process improvements and technological upgrades
  • Preparing material and equipment lists, purchase orders, cost analyses, and estimated production costs
  • Developing design and production standards in cooperation with management and end-user personnel
  • Training staff for new processes and providing instructions and manuals; enabling them to implement and sustain the improvements
  • Operational Excellence Leader
  • Leading Kaizen (shop floor, team works…): covering all the activities/functions as well as processes of the site (prod/maint/QC/QA/supply chain as well as batch record review/deviation management /Out Of Spec/ CAPA processes…) using rupture and quick wins processes (Seqens visual and communication standards)
  • Assessment of site regarding Operational Excellence (OE) with a special focus on foundations (5S, Visual
  • Management, standards works, performance management, problem solving, team works)
  • Maintenance & update of site performance management processes (Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly basis):
  • Review of KPIs and performances issues
  • Review of site action plan covering all activities of the sites including, if any, remediation plan
  • Decide on problems to be solved and/or escalated to upper level or in weekly/monthly meetings or
  • BU/Division/Corporate specific SteerCo or in improvement plan
