Responsibilities:

  • Identify distribution and growth opportunities for the channel’s range of products
  • Develop channel strategy through ICP with the support from Trade Marketing team and ensure high quality and timely execution to deliver results.
  • Work with the Regional Field Sales Team in developing and implementing trade channel / account plans in support of the distribution and trade sales strategies.
  • Lead and manage Key account executive, Sales Reps and Merchandisers to deliver 5Ps execution.
  • Monitor the monthly sales performance of all assigned key accounts to ensure in-market sales objectives are achieved. Areas of coverage will be nationwide.
  • Submit a monthly report to the immediate supervisor within the stipulated timelines, covering areas on trade sales performance, expenses, field trips, issues and opportunity situation analysis, competition and plan of action.
  • Manage and control all trade-related expenses within the budget allocated.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably more than 4+ years experience in Sales or Trade Marketing ( Preferably with min 1-2 years of Key account management).
  • Understand all key sales functions.
  • Had demonstrated success in various sales roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop people.
