Job Scope:

  • Accountability for overall efficiency and allocation of the sales force. Responsible for sales efficiency indicators (KPIs) through appropriate data sales analysis, implementing and managing the sales force and marketing excellence through training, learning & development of the sales force and marketing teams, plus managing sales data analysis, sales incentive computations.
  • Establish processes, methodology and governance to effectively manage sales force effectiveness, sales force automation, and training for affiliates in EPD CMT and facilitate key commercial excellence initiatives including S&T, incentive plan, call planning, business planning, portfolio selling and omni channel selling and etc.
  • Be a Change Agent to drive cultural change in the organization and carry out situation and gap analysis of targeting process in the affiliate which including valuation, segmentation, activity assignment, implementation, targeting considerations, and propose and facilitate creation of Action Plans. Lead implementation and follow up.
  • Lead productivity workshops, facilitate improvement action plans and monitor execution and customize software according to business strategic needs including education to users, database administration, prepare operational budget, and administrative support and customer service to users.


  • Bachelor’s degree in science. Master’s degree would be a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years industry experience in senior level sales and marketing management roles
  • English proficiency in communication.
  • Have strong Insight into internal and external customers and employees
  • Have knowledge in advance excel program & PowerPoint program
  • Willing to do attitude and strategic thinking for business future sustainable growth
