Job Scope:
- Build relationships with distributors and leaders that encourage and motivate them to grow their business.
- Manage the Sales team and team members.
- Monitor sales and ensure timely recognition of various levels of achievement.
- Work closely with the Marketing Department to develop promotions and communication pieces designed to enhance sales and enrolment growth.
- Host regular conference calls and manage sales related communication to leaders and distributors.
- Prepare and manage an effective training program to provide ample information on product use and business development. Prepare and give regular stage presentations.
- Travel to various parts of the country to meet with leaders as well as distributors and provide trainings.
- Work with the management team to prepare an annual sales and events budget.
- Work as a team with sales staff in other offices around SE Asia to help the growth of all markets.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
- Superb time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced and at times stressful environment
- Ability to work independently and be extremely self-motivated
- Ability to establish professional relationship with leaders and distributors
- Outgoing and positive personality
- Ability to demonstrate excellent judgment and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and confidently
- Ability and background in Microsoft applications and digital/online communication tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business plus 4 years of related professional experiences; or,
- Master’s degree in Business or related plus 2 years of related professional experience
- Direct MLM industry experience
