Job Scope:

• Increase turnkey status by sourcing the best pricing value for new product and turnkey items.
• Also, be able to advice on alternative sources other than AVL
• Working for cost reduction opportunity by localization
• Work closely with cross-functional team timely in qualifying 2nd source or new supplier to ensure that quality is not compromised at every stages of a product lifecycle to implement 2nd source
• Sourcing activity for New Products in order to meet customer’s quality/cost/delivery requirement
• Develop and maintain cost models
• Maintain and develop supplier relationship for existing and new partners

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: 15 years of Supply Chain and procurement and technical functional understanding experience with MNC environment in Automotive and Electronic Manufacturing.
• Beneficial if hands-on mechanical engineering experience
• Has experience for Mechanical parts. Good command of English. Advance in Microsoft Excel, Power point, Computer command.
• Active and good in analytical thinking, strong negotiation skill and good logical thinking
