Job Scope:

• You will own the project along with business team to drive strategy and execution our product, working with best-in-class colleagues in a dynamic environment. You will conceptualize, launch and manage products
• You will manage the roadmap for your vertical, analyze customer journeys, define requirements, set timelines,and lead a cross-functional team through Product Development Lifecycle.
• Value-based prioritization of continuous improvements and new features alike
• Develop a deep understanding of your customers, using various tools and methods, to continually gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
• Define and monitor objective success metrics for your products.
• Translate the business idea into high-quality and detailed Product Requirements in collaboration with the design and development teams.
• Control QA & application support team to ensure you will deliver a good quality of software within timeline

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3+ years’ experience in product management, leading a portfolio of products and/or projects and driving them from inception through delivery.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban development methods and Project Management
• Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
• Experienced in trading / investment is a plus
• Good attitude and teamwork-oriented
• Focusing on business result more than traditional KPI or personal objective
• Able to working from home 1 day a week
