Job Scope:

• Create Roadmap for tools and technology
• Leverages data to drive continuous improvement in areas such as productivity, customer services and sales
• Optimize business procedures, ensure efficiency and smooth workflow
• Coordinate with BUs to develop, test and refine business processes and practices to provide competitive advantage to support business growth
• Teaches lessons learned and key findings to BUs with recommendations for changes and updates for training
• Proactively address problem areas and improve efficiencies

Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in any field preferable in information technology (with sales background is a plus)
• 5 years of FMCG sales experience required (preferably with best in class distributor management, route optimization, advance sales technology tools)
• Good command of English is required
• Good Sales presentation skills is required
