Job Scope:

• Report generation and data analysis in support of War Room, Inventory Management
• Dedicated resource focusing mainly on War Room reporting based on information provided by BUs
• Daily update of War Room database, cleanup data as required.
• Work with tactical and strategic buyers and BU contacts on clarification on data issues
• Monitor quality of submitted War Room data and take corrective action where needed.
• Provide customized reporting assistance based on War Room data
• Prepare Power point reports as required in support of War Room meetings
• Support team on other reporting tasks related to Inventory Management, loading as required.
• Have experience in Electronics/EMS industry

Qualifications:

• At least 2-3 years in Supply Chain Inventory Analyst
• Bachelor degree in Statistics, Science, Engineer, Data analysis, Supply chain, etc.
• Persistent and not scared to keep following up with people
• Experience and/or general interest in electrical material
• Previous planner/buyer experience a plus
• Good English communication , Solid Excel skills, Power point
